Fall is arriving bringing changing colors to everything around us. Let’s get back together to start this year’s Healthy Living Series, starting Tuesday, September 9th at 7 pm, and talk about color!  What is your favorite color and why?  Do colors impact the way you feel?  Will changing the color of your hair change you in other ways?  See you soon to discuss color, feelings, and you! ~Elizabeth Reeve

Our yearly camp trip is here!

Come on out for an afternoon of fun playing outdoor and indoor games, along with bonfire, burgers, hot dogs and sides.

Bring your family (optional!) and a blanket for some relaxing music on the hill.

Fun at the lake. We will have games, kayaking, peddle boats, pontoon rides, swimming off the raft, tubing (if you choose), fishing (bring your own bait and poles/tackle), bean bag toss tournament, and of course yummy food!

Let’s beat the heat with a day at the pool

We will explore up north to Grand Marais, with hiking and exploring along the way!  It will be a day with friends enjoying waterfalls, trails, gift shops, delicious food and treats, lots of laughter and the World’s best donuts!!

Take a relaxing cruise with friends.

Camp registration will be held in June.

Weather should be warming up and all of us itching to get outside, so let’s hit the trails!

We will determine trail closer to the date…probably a paved trail!

This month in Healthy Living, we will talk about grief and loss.  Loss is a part of life. You may lose a job, a pet, a favorite place you lived, a friend, or a family member.  We will discuss how to help cope with the feelings and emotions that come along with grief and loss.  We will also discuss how to help others who may be grieving.  Please join us and be prepared to share your own feelings and emotions. ~Elizabeth Reeve
